The magic castle junior society held its semi-annual auditions today.
It was originally estimated to be around 15 applicants, however 38 young magicians showed up to audition. 3 auditions were stage and 35 were close up auditions. The auditions lasted around 4 to 5 hours. Luckily I was one of the first to audition in closeup so after I was done I just sat back and relaxed while I enjoyed the other auditions. Did anybody go to the auditions? There are also rumors that a celebrity's son auditioned, but I'm not sure exactly who. |

To me, two people who stands out today was Robert Apodaca and Tyler Chase. For an audition, they had it down.
What do you guys think? Edsel, p.s. Props to both Robert Apodaca and Tyler Chase!

Any junior members know if Thomas Meir is still actively performing magic. Last I heard of him, he had sold part of his close-up act to David Copperfield.
