I have one of these. You stick a spoon in your eye and out comes the eyeball on the spoon. Your eye socket is a black hole. Looks very real.
I bought mine about 7 years ago. Not made anymore. Would never sell mine. James

If memory serves, full instructions on how to make your own appeared in Genii magazine. SPecial Steve Spill issue. Ask around . James is right, the illusion is very realistic.

Great Little effect, I had one years ago cant remember where I got it, possibly the old Supreme magic or Repro 71. I don't know what happened to it but would certainly buy another one if they were available again.

Genii subscribers have access to all the back issues as online digital files. There was a Genii Magazine feature on Steve Spill in the 90s. In the magazine he explains how to make it. No link, check out Genii magazine. Like I mentioned, the back issues are free for subscribers.
