Looking over some beautifiul items from Howard Hale, I was wondering if anyone knows what happened to him and his business, Woodmagic. I love his "segmented" chop cup and "chop stick" wand (mine has African padauk, wenge, zebrawood, and American red oak).

I think he is no longer involved in magic or producing any magic items. He teaches wood working in Dallas. You can try him here:
