Has the instant Quadruple Dove Production been invented yet using one person? It would look nice if they all appeared on a cane. Shimada does a good effect at having one dove appear on a cane. Imagine if four appeared the same time. I wonder what would happen using the same method using four doves.

Mike, ideas are great but think about this one. You would have to hook up to all the loops at the same time and the bulk of 4 birds coming out at the same time, I think would be unmanageable and very obvious to the audience. It's like overkill to a very good effect.

Cool new avatar Dave.
Dave, that idea was just a quick scan in my mind. But I have been working on a different Twin Dove Production lately. The techique might work with four doves also. I am going to order some more harnesses from Gen. I did get my previous order from him yesterday. I saw his DVD. That guy is a GENius with doves. |

Thanks Mike. Yeah the grandkids are growing up too fast.
Glad you are working on new ideas. Being able to produce 4 birds at the same time sounds interesting and would be startling to say the least. Yes, Gen is Da man. You won't find a nicer guy.

I have no idea, but this might look good, although it may be a pain and just imposible LOL:
So a twin dove production (2 doves from tied silks in each hand), and then grab a loop with each thumb with the cover of the 2 produced doves, and produce the2 other doves with IDH's! Crazy thought. =] -Vinnie |

Just keep in mind you're killing 4 productions in with one...is it really going to be that more amazing to the audience by instantly producing 4 doves at once as opposed to 1? imo...probably not.

It will look good to an audience if the act is performed right. Producing doves singlely should be the start. At or near the end, producing four doves will be a great finale. Don't forget the Twin Dove Production worked, so why can't there be a quadruple? It would also be good for contest.
Vinnie, that was not a crazy thought. I like how you use your "Imagination." "Think left and think right and think low and think high. Oh, the thinks you can think up if only you try!" ~Ted Geisel "The Possible's slow fuse is lit By the Imagination." ~Emily Dickinson "You can't depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus." ~Mark Twain "He who has imagination without learning has wings but no feet." ~Joseph Joubert "It's not what you look at that matters, it's what you see." ~Henry David Thoreau "Creative minds have always been known to survive any kind of bad training." ~Anna Freud |

Victor and Diamond do a quadruple production of sorts.
Victor kneels and his assistant is standing behind him. She produces two birds while he splits the one bird. Their timing is perfect and it certainly looked like real magic to me... Steven |

Yea, I seen their proformance too. It does look nice. "The hands are quicker than the eyes." I'm trying to put it together with one person. There has got to be a way.

I too think that a quadruple production done right can be effective after a number of single productions.
