Greetings.
I thought I might share a funny experience I had last night while presenting my "Illusions With A Lesson". The audience was a mix of adults and children and I was presenting an Illustration in which I mix ink in water and then change the ink back to clear water with a goldfish swimming within. As I poured the water into the glass, I could hear one of the young children on the front row yell out "Wine!" I continued with my routine as the young lad continued to shout out "Wine!". I was so into the illustration that it didn't dawn on me what he was saying...I had been talking about the miracles of Christ moments before and he was expecting me to turn the water into wine! I finally caught on and gave him a smile explaining that would be great, but not something of which I was capable! We got a great laugh and I was touched by this young fellow's perception. The simple things are the greatest! Andrew |

Andrew:
That is really funny. I have to share what happened to me this past fall at a YMCA in St. Petersburg, FL. Since the YMCA is short for Young Men's Christian Assoc. I went out on faith and did my bible show for the kids. A majority of the children were africian american, as were the adults. I can't remember exactly the illusion I was doing but I asked the kids "What makes me a nice guy" (It had something to do with having Jesus in your life and being a Christian). One little girl yelled out, "Because your white!". I laughed so hard and all the other adults there laughed so hard. After calming down I had to explain to her that was not the reason why I am nice and went on with the show. I would love to have been there to see what the parents reaction was when the teachers told them what she said. Just like you that is the kind of thing that makes this worth while.
