Looks good, three comments.
1 - Overall, loosen up. Especially on your card tear and on the twisting (see #2). 2 - The twisting of the card after the third piece was added looks a little weird...maybe because you look a little stiff. 3 - Be careful on your preperation for the final piece. Overall, nice performance. You kept unneccessary movements to a minimum and looked comfortable with the effect.
