Hi everyone,
I'm new to using music in a performance, and was looking at royalty free music on some of the sites that have been talked about here before. My only problem is that I need a piece of music that is longer then 4 minutes(4 1/2 - 5 minutes). Most of what I've seen is between 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Can anyone help me find a piece that would be long enough for my performance? It is a card manipulation/multiplying balls/cups and balls routine (I know it sounds weird, but it works). Thanks, The Great Danton

Look at something from the Swing era such as "Sing, Sing, Sing (With a Swing)".
Things are more like they are today than they've ever been before...

OK, I hadn't thought about swing music, I'll look into it for sure.
Thanks, Danton

In my opinion, the version from the Swing Kids CD is the best arrangement/performance I have ever heard, and I've heard a lot!

Hey,
Now that I have an idea of what to look for, it might make it easier to find! I'll listen to it and report back on how it works. Thanks, Danton

Another option is to edit a song you like by looping parts of it to the desired length you need.
Here is a link to a thread discussing various methods and programs used: http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......1&16 |

I thought about that, and actually put it into action tonight. I looped a part of a song I had thought about before, but wasn't able to loop(didn't have any software).
Thank you for you'll help everyone, I'll try to post a video of the performance. => The Great Danton
