Transformers
He-Man South Park Pokemon Simpsons Family Guy Beavis and Butthead Futurama Dragonball Z If you chose to disagree with me I will report your posts and try to get you banned. There are others of course. Before you post them I would like to remind you that if I don't agree, I will try to get you banned. Also I may try yo get myself banned for Pokemon (Which I still like, but feel kind of odd about liking) And Powerpuff Girls which is really cool, but crosses that line of manliness.....

I've seen Simpsons and the brilliant South Park and so you are likely correct about the others.

See? that is the type of acquiescence I am talking about! This is why children around the world believe in Santa, but not the Great Pumpkin.
Stupid Linus. Also Peanuts cartoons are good.

Long live Warner Bros./Looney Tunes!
I developed a fondness for the cartoon, "Hey, Arnold!", due to one of the characters - Mr. Kakashka. Mr. Kakashka, while his country of origin is never stated, must be Russian. The reason is that his name - Kakashka - literally means "crap". Poop. I was in Ukraine, talking to a group of interpreters a couple of years ago. I told them that one of my favorite cartoon characters was a Mr. Kakashka. Their eyes got huge, and then they burst out laughing. They said, "Mark, this name Kakashka. It means poop!" I bet the creators of the cartoon chuckle whenever Mr. Kakashka makes an appearance on the show.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

My Favorite Cartoons (Be prepared to be reading for a while):
Looney Tunes Flintstones Jetsons Quick Draw McGraw Tom and Jerry Droopy Top Cat Hey Arnold! Rugrats (The pre-Dil era) Rocko's Modern Life Ren and Stimpy Tin-Tin (no one ever remembers Tin-tin) Magic School Bus South Park The Simpsons Family Guy (mainly the pre-cancellation stuff) Futurama Clerks (only 6 episodes, but pretty entertaining for an extremely watered-down spin-off of the movie) The Critic Dilbert (The Critic and Dilbert should have had more episodes than they did) Doug (Hands down one of the best Nickelodeon shows of all time) Tex Avery stuff All the Hanna-Barbera I didn't mention The Wild Thornberrys Aaahhh!! Real Monsters! Angry Beavers Animaniacs Pinky and the Brain Tiny Toon Adventures Inspector Gadget KaBlam! Rocky and Bullwinkle I missed a ton of them, but there's a concise list of the best cartoons. |

Angry Beavers...... Yeah, I've had a bad date or two myself.
If it wasn't for "Looney Tunes", "Dilbert", and "Pinky and the Brain" I would be forced to report that post.

"Yogi's Great Space Race" is the best cartoon ever! What the heck is a bear doing flying a spaceship anyhow?
"Jabberjaw" comes in a very close second. Don't sharks live, like... Underwater? Not this one! ...Apparently And can ANYONE even DARE to forget about the "Laugh-a-Lympics". My therapist says I can with enough Prozac On a more "for real" note - "Hong Kong Fooie" was a very underrated cartoon. So was "Secret Squirel"

Oh yeah, I love Sponge Bob. I thought the kids were kidding when they told me about it but it cracks me up. South Park is the only one I'll actually make an effort to watch though.

Anybody remember Dungeons and Dragons?
I also liked that 90's version of X-Men. I love most of the stuff already listed but those were two of my favorites that I haven't seen mentioned. |
