One I miss very much is my friend, the late Dick Christian. He was the foremost authority on book tests and a very frequent contributor in the Penny and Inner Thoughts forums.

I miss John "What's The Scoop, Coop?" Cooper. He was honest, friendly, encouraging, and when he offered criticism (always only when asked) he gave it in a positive reinforcing way. Yep, I sure miss John Cooper. And I feel that I'm a little better for having known him.

After John Cooper died I was shocked to find out that he was 10 years younger than I was.

I read so many old posts I had no idea Lyndel wasn't here - it's a dangerous habit - places you in alternate dimension where time and place have no value - it's all here and now, and there and then.

I really liked Peter Marucci's post and although it's been several years I miss his input. I also liked Blindbo, Slim and Marc Lewis. I would have really missed Santa if he hadn't come back. Lastly, where the heck did the Godfather go?

Vinny is still around, I've seen him posting in the Workers form. Come to think of it, I haven't seen Jimmy Molinari posting much either, I do know that he is alive and well.

Mark Lewis misses who he used to be, but probably can't remember everyone he used to be.
Dick Christian - I think I read every post he ever made - such a knowledgeable man, and always a gentleman. |
