I was always intrigued by magic and now that I am older and have funds to purchase gimmicks and so forth I have been getting deeper into it. I am not so good with sleight, so the impromptu stuff will have to wait. I am trying to get a routine together with cards. I have purchased an invisible deck, a haunted deck (very big dissapointment) an electric deck (also a dissapointment), a stripper deck, and a black deck. So if there are any tips for a newb to magic that would be kool and I appreciate it however it comes. Also any tips on kool fairly easy tricks to performs utilizing pens and or money. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Café! Some decks that I found to be intresting have been the Photograph deck, the exchange deck, and I also love a routine called Mcdonalds Aces. I have also have "the converter" which is a good effect. Mostly I would stick to using a normal deck of cards and keep working on your hand work. Work on different ways to use a force to as this will become invaluable once you have a variety of ways. Once mastered there is no end to what can be done with a deck of cards!!! good luck.
