Ok guys and gals, here's my problem. I am slated in April to give a teach-in to some people who want to set up booths at festivals and do "Gospel ballooning" for anyone who wants to listen. They plan to give away free balloons also.
I need ideas for illustrations w/simple twists that these new ballooners can do easily.
So any ideas that you have will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know the proper name or exactly where to obtain it, but the best balloon effect I ever saw was with Jonah and the whale. A part of the fish's tail pops off inside of the fish as a small ball. So Jonah ends up inside the whale.

1. Swords, the kind that look like a cross. Show balloon sword up side down and say,
"Because Jesus died on the Cross, we can wage war against our enemy (Show the balloon as a sword) by using the sword of the spirit which is the word of God.

Heart balloons from quailitex are cool by themselves, they even fly with helium. (A happy heart must know Jesus)

Every dog needs a good owner. A good owner would take good care of his dog. The Bible tells us, people have either God as their owner or satan. Which owner do you think is a good owner? Here is your balloon dog.

Make a flower and talk about how we should grow in our relationship in Christ.

With any animal balloon you can talk about how God created our world.
