This post is aimed at UK magicians ideally based in the Northwest.

My name is Stephen Lawson and I am a Student at the University Of Central Lancashire in Preston. I am studying media and as it turns out I am directing a T.V. show to be produced early April (I will be more exact with details if any interest is shown). The show is magazine based similiar to 'This Morning' on ITV.

Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to offer any expenses apart from the odd brew and drink— maybe if you're lucky I will buy you a fresh deck.

I have been asked to organise an interview and clearly because this is of great interest to me I decided to try and get hold of a magician from round the area. The interview wouldn't be the main part of the show but on the other hand you would have ample oppurtunity to mess with the presenters' heads. It would be helpful if the magician is forward and does have experience in performance. However previous T.V. experience is not at all necessary.

If you are looking to broaden your horizons and gain some knowledge of how it feels to prepare and work in a studio please get in contact.
srolawson@hotmail.com or srolawson@Uclan.ac.uk

I would work with you carefully to arrange the setup to suite your style. Anyway thank you for any interest shown.
Stephen Lawson

I, too, see an advantage for people who take you up on your offer ... a bit of experience in studio would open some eyes.
Oh sure, I can spell "Antidisestablishmentarianism", but I can't type t-h-e.
