Does anyone out there make UK mismade bills??

I've never seen one,
and were it not illegal I would say that I had made my own !

Unlike the US treasury, the Royal Mint do not issue uncut bills so it would be difficult to make convincing ones.

However, there are several CD programmes available to help you print your own banknotes with yours or a famous character's face on. You could use these to make your own or even use a colour photocopier. Beware, though, HM Treasury is not at all fond of people making their own cash even if it is for magical purposes.

That is so true.
I phoned up the Bank of England and spoke to one of the guys there and he thought I was some kind of counterfieter. I think my phone is tapped now.

I tried recently, and the photocopier in the Library wouldn't play cricket at all!
