Fellows,

Just wear for a week and use maybe not more than 15 times, my brand new SYKYS's stem felt off.
I really not happy with this and as the stem is more often pull and push than normal watch, the manufacturer should make the stem stronger.
My friend also experience the same thing, he wear only a week and the stem felt off. Please anybody also experience the same problem?
I need infos where I can fix it. I prefer to get the substitution stem to fix by my self.

Cheers,
CC.

I have been wearing mine every day for about 3 months, perhaps 4, and it has been great! The watch does have a year warranty on it, so you should be able to contact the makers and see about getting a replacement.

Here is their e-mail address, via their website: bazar@magia.com.ar

Yep.. Double checked to make sure I wasn't dreaming, but in the inside from cover of the instructions, it states that each watch is internally numbered and comes with a one year warranty. (I am so glad I wasn't just making that up!!!)

Mine is still going strong after 4 months... No problems, maybe there was a faulty batch?

My SYKYS watch has started loosing time and the "stop" times have shifted to a new set. I am starting to wonder if I have been ripped off. I have stopped using it as I can not trust the "stop" times.

I have sent two emails to date without a response. Perhaps they want to sell, but not service magicians.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you guys are having with your watch. I currently use TimeTrix with no problems.

I never used mine at all, and now trhee months later, it loses time and the locking feature is all messed up.
I had to change the battery about three weeks ago and that may have caused the trouble, but the manual implies you should have no problem with that.

Wow, mine hasn't given me any trouble but it sounds like it may start to...

Would be interesting to hear from the maker on these issues....

If the thing has one year warranty, they SHOULD replace it. otherwise it starts touching the fraud level.

I have now received an email telling me to send the watch back for a replacement. I will do that and ask for an explanation of how the "locking/stopping" could have shifted the way it did. After all, once we get used to (and memorize) the stops, it is very disconcerting to make four "predictions" in a row, all to be wrong.

I will let this thread know what happens.

Hi,

The maker is quite bit slow for answer.
Then I email the dealer where I bought it, he is faster and send me the new one after they got my returned watch.
My sugestion is pls contact the shop, do not the maker.
