Really this whole situation is way beyond a joke... I mean the creator even goes as far as to blatantly lie to his customers time and time again.

I think you should all be refunded and for everyone to still get Linked.

This type of situation seems firlmiliar to me... wait... wait... something is coming to me...there it is, Jon Maronge. Nevermind, it seems I had to give a bunch of people money back because he failed to deliver as well.

Joeyjojo, you really need to lighten up. That's what's wrong with this world...people don't have a sense of humor. Too many things taken literally.

MagicBox has had my money for this product for 3 or 4 months. I have emailed them and have never recieved a reply. They never have sent a notice about the product or my money. There is no correspondence at all from them on the status of this product.

I have pre-ordered many other items from other dealers, and creators, over the years, and have never been treated like this. It is not all Richards fault. I lay just as much blame with MagicBox, and I for one will never order anything from them again.

I have already kissed my money good-bye. It is the cost for a lesson learned.

Richard James has little fairies that deliver specifically to that area... but only he and joeyjojo can see them...

Now, what did we learn from all this? .. ..

Just to set the record straight, we had ordered several of Richard James' effects and after repeated e-mails to Richard one box turned up. This box did not contain Linked but instead had his back to front and switcher effects. Richard was then e-mailed Richard again who said that they SHOULD be with us a day or two later since both parcels were sent together. He then informed us that a second (Aditional) box of linked would be sent to us too. This box was apparently dispatched to us on Friday 12th. (As yet neither of these boxes have arrived!)

We have had deveral people contact us via e-mail regarding this product and I personaly e-mailed them back. Merlin, I sincerely apologise for any confusion caused. If you send me a pm with your e-mail addresse I will check the computer to find out why you had not recieved a response! I do know that all telephone orders have been left a message updating them (Unfortunatly on the lack of progress!)

We do appreciate how frustrating this whole situation has been and sincerely hope that we can have a happy conclusion to this saga. For those customers who still wish to be kept on back order for the effect we will include a token gift as a gesture of good will.

We have ordered several times from Richard in the past without a problem and after exchanging e-mails with him Richard suggested it would be a good idea to put up the Linked effect as a pre order. Not realising that everyone would have to endure such a tremendous delay we decided to put it on.

When we take pre orders it is not company policy to charge for the effects untill they arrive in stock (Unless this has been agreed by the customer). If anyone believes they have been charged please don't hesitate to contact me direct at info@magicbox.uk.com and I will investigate this for you!

The last thing we would want to do would be to upset our firends and customers so if there is anything I can do in the meantime please don't hesitate to contact me!

In a bid to save further disapointment we have taken on board the suggestion to remove this product from the site untill it arrives in stock. Had we not already paid for them we would have done this a long while ago.

Richard has certainly been paid for them, however because I didn't deal with the payment personaly I can't honestly say whether he was paid or not upto that point in time!

Seems like most of Richards posts on linked contains a lie.
