I do not know whether I am to laugh or cry!
That everything is a giant insolence. Take fast the money. And the buyers stand stupidly there. Now we know, how YOU deal with customers! Everything which we want are: answer! A Mail! A message in the Café! A PM! But nothing happens! That is all, no good advertisement! Sorry! That is not very smart! |

Well soon find out after the weekend.
Could be a long wait though, becouse there are more than 3000 weekends in our lifetime. |

Im supprised this si not solved yet. Not so long ago I had a few isp problems which did not alow me to send out downloads. I bend over backwards to make sure every last person got theres. I do not know what the problem seems to be here

Hi,
There have been enough Linked sent to Magicbox to cover the preorders. I am still manufacturing more and will keep sending them out. I also find it strange that no one has posted anything regarding the other effects as I have orders in for those aswell. I did get off to a bad start here, with one thing and another going wrong. I am doing my best to correct this. Once again my appolgies for this delay, it was never my intention. Best, Richard |

Here is an email I just received from Magicbox:
We are getting linked in next week (Thurs) and everyone that has pre ordered linked will recive a deck of cards for there trouble. Kind regards Gill Hopefully this will resolve itself on Thursday, Richard will have learned a valuable and painful lesson (as well as all those who pre-ordered) and we can see whether it was worth the wait. |

Hi,
I have just spoken to Magicbox. I have sent enough Linked to cover the pre orders and get some in stock. Magicbox will send them out as soon as they receive them. I sent the batch by FedEx. Magicbox are a very good and efficient company. This is why I agreed to release my effects exclusively with them. The delay with Linked was nothing to do with Magicbox, the problem was with the delivery company. I learned my lesson with this and will always break up the orders sent, so there is not such a large quantity in one box in case they get lost as per the first batch. Best, Richard |
