Still waiting

Hi Richard,

I have been waiting to order Switcher for quite some time now. MagicBox has had this as "Out of Stock", ever since I first checked.

All your products on MagicBox are either "Out of Stock", or "PreOrder".

Just curious if there is a timeline for any products being available?

I have checked the tracking and it looks like they should arrive tomorrow (Monday) I will let you know when Magicbox confirms that they have arrived.

LINKED is still for Pre-Order at the Magic Box!
Any infos when they will arrive?

Linked is still on Pre-Order. The reason for this is that the first batch of Switcher, Cutting Edge and Back 2 Front was lost in transit by the delivery company. The entire order had to be re-done, which has put me behind with Linked and everything else I am on with.

Linked is almost ready and as soon as it is sent I will let everyone know. Beleive me this is not the way I work. I used a different delivery company for the 2nd batch and they were sent and arrived next day. I will use the same company for Linked and future orders.

Looks like more issues with this 'Pre-Order' thingy.

Hi Shawn,

Linked is almost ready to be shipped they are just getting finished off. As I said we had to manufacture another batch due to the delivery.

Magicbox HAVE received Switcher, Cutting Edge and Back 2 Front and will have Linked as soon as they are finished off. We are working on Linked as I speak.

which weekend would that be?

Richard since this has taken longer than you thought you should give customers a free effect if they purchase two. I would go for that. Anybody else.

I am more worried with this statement. I realize there can be shipping problems. But lately, this excuse has been all too common from creators. Richard, I am not accusing you of lying, but you must understand, this statement is becoming all too familiar around the Café.

That being said, I am looking forward to Linked and hope to see the new video very soon.
