I just got a demo sent to me of the "Bluff Jog Force." Thanks Vinny. This looks very good and is done smooth. Those that are interested in this, I hope you get the chance to see the demo from Vinny.

For Those that have never seen my Giggle force or the Dribble Giggle force can pm me I will send a teaching demo and handling........this is a very bold force that works 100 percent in the real world,
The force is a Bannon idea but the inspiration came from Paul Harris's Giggle switch..... I showed this to Paul about 5 years ago and he liked it better than his switch/ the dribble giggle eithers uses the top or bottom card where as the giggle uses only the bottom card,, vinny |

In regard to Vinny's Dribble Giggle and other sleights. All I can say is; his are sleights with character. Very recommended and very deceptive.
Cheers Vinny.

The Classic Force, when perfected, is the perfect force in my opinion. Albeit it takes a long time to do this, but once you have it down, you rarely miss.
the only thing that comes close is the Giggle force by you-know-who. :) Best, Monte |

I love the dribble force with John Carney's subtlety.

After the classic force, the under the spread force comes a close second in my opinion.
Simon Aronson has a lovely finesse for this in Simply Simon which is called the s.a combination. Check it out. |

1. Classic Force (no risk - no fun)
2. Hofzinser Force 3. Riffle Force But Hofzinser Force is the better one! Have a look in the Cullfather DVD! |

Riffle Force, Lorayne Force and Slip Force (Complete Works of Derek Dingle).
Also, maybe a stupid question, but where is the Hofzinger Force described? I assume in his book, but anywhere else more recent? I do not have any of Hofzinger's works. Please excuse my ignorance. |

I may have answered my own question: I went to Card College Vol 1 and found the "Under the Spread Force" that is attributed to Hofzinger. Is this the "Hofzinger Force" mentioned above? If so, I'll have to work on my Spread Cull technique if I am ever going to use that force .

How about the HALO CUT?
You can cleanly show them you stopped riffling exactly where they want you to and force the bottom card for all to see except yourself of course I have learned a lot of clever forces from my Lorayne DVDs. |

Ooops ! I just realized that I misspelled Hofzinser in my above posts. It's Hofzinser NOT Hofzinger .

Regardless, I cannot understand the problem some have with the classic force. Sure I can have you touch any card then give you one.... Or I can let you take the card you pick immediately. If we are going for easy, slip force, crosscut force. If were going for seemingly Impossible, I can't imagine not looking at the classic force. However there are many different forces and many times it just ends up with posters rambling off forces that they have heard of, rather than forces they use. That's O.K. if you want a list, not if you want any real information.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

I've used aparticular force for many years and I've forgotten it's name. It involves cutting packets of cards from the deck onto the table or the participant's hand until they call "stop".
I know that it's derived from The Psychic Stop! card effect in Expert Card Technique, but I don't know who to credit with doing the cut-off blocks of cards, are even what this force is called. Anyone know? - entity

Mark Mason's "Attitude Force" is a delightfully deceptive gem.

I perform the classic force, but with my patter being "Just touch any card you like with your forefinger, be gentle", that way if it fails and I miss I can resort to a force that I believe you folks are referring to as the "Hofzinser Force". After the comments I have heard about the force, I think it is safe to say I finally discovered the name for the force I have been using for a long time when my classic fails
