Not sure how many of you are from the Southeast portion of the country?... Lately, I have been seeing Lance Burton in these TV ads for "Harris Teeter", a rather large grocery chain based here out of Charlotte, NC. While Harris Teeter is a decent chain of stores and their commercials are of high production quality, there was something that struck me as odd, seeing Lance (star of Las Vegas) in a regional grocery store commercial. While I am sure that he was compensated quite nicely for his services (like he needs it), it seemed to me, perhaps a little below his level. I am just curious if any of you have seen it and what you think about it.

I've seen Lance at the Harris-Teeter store I shop at every week lately. Well, a life-sized cardboard cut-out of him, anyway. He's standing there smiling at me as I enter. It always occurs to me that I should ask the manager to save the thing for me when the promotion is over. Maybe I could use it for a "Vanish Lance Burton" effect!
