I love the Larry Jennings chop cup routine, but it feels like it would be stronger if the ball actually appeared in the shot glass when the silk is removed. This would not only help obscure the method but also be quite magical. Of course, making that happen is the tricky part. I'm trying to come up with my own method, but I'm wondering if anyone has published a version of Jennings' routine with this added effect.

Shouldn't be hard to do at all. I mean you are covering the glass with a handkerchief, right?

I've done that routine for years using the standard Morissey copper chop cup, and have never had a problem with that. You may also want to check out some different cups as well.
