I was thinking the same thing amc with the new users I think the best way to solve this is to look at other forums and have everyone in this forum and other forums get together to try to solve it.

Nobody else has anything either... almost everyone has lost interest...
My getting involved in the discussion over here is a last ditch effort to keep myself interested... |

It's kind of sad that people are starting to lose interest. I think all we need is a fresh new clue - and we've got one... Superhero.
Come on guys, let's figure this one out. |

You're right... it's very sad... This was really rockin for a while...
I'm beginning to think we don't have all the info.... Either that or we're missing something.. like before... where we had to backtrack and try something that didn't work before... Or maybe something will open up monday... but it's not appearing to deliver as before... for instance... where's the mail? |

Cory, did you receive mail as well as the phone call? If so, did you also receive signed Nuggets? Also did your package have anything unusual about it that might be considered a clue?

Quick internet search reveals
"Superman Gimmick created by Mike Parobec and crafted by Roy Kueppers" However, that was an internet search, so that makes me think it's on the wrong track. I was thinking that maybe there is a clue in some other medium, such as in a magazine issued this month, or some TV special, or something. EG in MAGIC magazine, there is the reference to Mandrake, as someone pointed out earlier. I can't detect any clues in that paragraph of text, but it's that kind of thing I'm thinking about - maybe I'm reading the wrong publiction. |

Hmmm... Just reading more about Roy, he crafts gimmicked coins and stuff. Just like you said amc.
Maybe we should think some more about this... |

Superhero could refer to David Copperfield's Flying illusion.

Should we belooking for the guardians of the Fountain of Youth? Can't think of any Superhero connected with the Fountain. I did find this on Winki:
In the book Weird Florida, part of the Weird U.S. series by Mark Moran and Mark Sceurman, author Charlie Carlson says he conversed with members of a supposed St. Augustine-based secret society claiming to be the protectors of the Fountain of Youth, which has granted them extraordinary longevity. They claimed Old John Gomez, a protagonist in the Gasparilla legend from Florida folklore, had been one of their members. Since Copperfield has claimed to have the fountain on one of his islands and has kept it off limits to the public, perhaps he is considered the guardian of the fountain. JPK

Hmmm...
Maybe it just has something to do with fountains - and the Bellagio fountains, and Musha Cay are just trying to point us in the right direction. Now we just have to connect Superhero and fountain, and see if it makes any sense. Another wacked out idea of mine, but in the Homer Liwag video he is flicking a coin kind of like you would into a fountain. |

When I first heard about Copperfield talking about discovering a fountain of youth and buying those islands, I though it was a set up to a rather ellaborate illusion. Now if I think along those lines, who would Copperfield choose to be guardians of this secret? Who is better at keeping secrets than magicians? Perhaps this group of magicians should be considered the guardians fo the fountain of youth.
