It spells "decknique". It's hexadecimal to binary to ASCII. Can't take credit for it, found the solution on another forum.

I'm gonna hope the next video will connect something to a phantom or whatever...phantoms might mean it owns something (links don't usually have "'")

C. Landels, I'm not sure if you should post a tutorial on this on youtube. This system was clearly meant to make us work to arrive at wherever we are, and posting tutorials for everyone, especially considering the amount of "questionable" magicians on youtube, ruins the effort/fun for the rest of us. On decknique, the mods even go as far as to delete posts containing information regarding how to solve the puzzle. While I don't want it to get that severe here at the Café, I would appreciate it if you could remove the tutorial.
