Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a good hip pocket wallet with a clear window (for ID's) to perform the Card to Wallet effect. I have found a few, but most don't specify whether or not they have the window. Do any of you know of any wallet that has the window?

Search for a peek wallet. It's a mentalist's tool, but it will have a window and can be disguised by slipping your ID into it so it appears unsuspecting. Smile

I think the Royal Card to Wallet has a window, and it's affordably priced too.

The Mesika Wallet has the window for ID's, but that's not where the card ends up.

I second the Real Man's Wallet (by Steve Draun), especially when it's coupled with Jon Armstrong's CTW routine.

The Real Man's Wallet is the way to go. Closeupcardist, where can I find John Armstrong's routine?

A performance-only of Jon Armstrong's routine can be seen on his DVD "Too Lazy to Write Up Notes". It can be found fully explained in his notes "Thoughts from a Former Boy Wonder". Both are available from H&R books.

I just got "Thoughts from a Former Boy Wonder" and the routine sounds great. I also picked up Jerry Mentzer's "Card to Wallet: The Book." I'm on a CTW binge right now.

Can someone recommend another good source for routines with the Himber Wallet?

I would go for the JOL hip wallet. Far better made than any other out there.

I use Outlaw Effects' Showdown Wallet with a small additional envelope to catch the card.

The new and improved fire wallet/card to wallet is a good genuine leather wallet that holds lighter fluid for 48 hours. It's a very good one.

Before a performer buys a fire wallet for Street work, you had better check with the city first. In Vegas, Street performers are not allowed to use fire. So no flash paper, fire eaters, etc....

If you can get one, the Jardonnet Wallet, AKA The Kaps on Fire Wallet, now offers a peek feature. They are in high demand as being one of the best fire card to wallets w/ peek feature on the market.

I use the Mulica (but any wallet will work) THEN I produce their card from my pocket twice, after shuffling it into the deck & returning the cards to the box.

The amazed reaction you create when the card appears twice, is worth the price of the show.
