Every bizarre magician in the world should be heading for that town to book performances and make TV appearances.

Balloon in a dress. haha...very funny stuff...later the Bruja appeared on a Tortilla. Nice smile on the Astronomer though.
I'll bet the townspeople feel safe from everything with that wimpy cop around. What a joke.

For a "Journey into the Underworld of the Contemporary Aztecs," some of you might appreciate the very very sad A WAR OF WITCHES, by Timothy J. Knab (1995, HarperCollins).

If I lived in that town, the video headline would have been different:
Local man shoots down weather balloon wearing a dress. |

That is not a recent video, but of one from about two years ago. This has been on television here in the states on The History Channel's, UFO Files.
It did look creepy though. |

Too bad a bizarre magician in or around that town didn't take advantage of that though. "Yup. That was all me! Come see my show!"

Too much Tequila and I see the same sort of things. Quite often the floor will even rise up and hit me.

I've had similar experiences Wardini...chairs and stools have also mysteriously repelled me from them after drinking Tequila!

Matthew, that's so weird. I think this phenomena certainly needs further investigation. I shall buy another bottle forthwith.
I have even tried to protect myself from the evil spirits by placing salt on my hands but to no avail. Maybe I am using the wrong sort of knife to sacrifice the limes. |

For your information, tequila is an ancient Aztec magic potion that animates chairs, stools, floors and other things. It even makes ugly women attractive and often acts as a primitive truth serum. It has been known to affect the rotation of the earth, especially in the immediate vicinity of inebriate (I mean "initiate"), causing the earth's rotation to be centered on his body. It sometimes causes an inversion of directions, making "up" become "down," and vice-versa. It often has an indirectly adverse effect on law enforcement officers, causing them bo become belligerent, agressive and mean. It also affects motor vehicles and other transportation devices, causing them to behave erratically.
It is believed by some scholars that tequila was discovered or invented by a young Aztec maiden named Margarita. Bill

Oh yes, I remember hearing about that....it was discovered by the beautiful Margarita, who was then seduced by the impetuous Jose Cuervo....who stole the secret from her....he came to the new world, and brought with him the ancient potion, mass distributing it and buying a house, just outside of vegas.....
