Another argument I've seen against homeopathy (Maybe from James Randi, maybe not...) goes something along the lines of "well, given that stuff gets dumped in the water/sea/ocean/sewers, etc... and stuff churns around and so on, pretty much now every blob of water on earth ought to be a bignum titration of just about any homeopathic remedy you could want. So given that tap water isn't a panacea cure for all possible things, it would seem that homeopathy is bunk."

I was curious about his comments about accupuncture. I thought there had been studies that show that at least there's something to it along the lines of using fMRI and such, poking vision related points cause the vison center of the brain to "light up", and so on and so forth?

I'm sorry, bit I have no idea about that acupuncture thing.

I also remember that there were some studies where accupuncture actually helps.
