I want to make several diamond silks with my own fabrics. If I make a 32" diamond silk, do you know what the width should be?
Is there a ratio formula that I can follow? Thank you! |

I don't know if there is some layed down rule but I've just measured a couple and they seem to be about 2.5 times as long as they are wide.

That is very kind of you to take a few minutes and measure them!! I really appreciate your assistance! The ratio sounds good to me, and I'll do the math with that 2.5 number!
Thanks again! |

Yes, you are so right about that! Thanks again, my friend! Appreciate your time and assistance!
Posted: Aug 19, 2007 12:59pm I made four of them last night. I used your suggested 2.5 ratio. They came out pretty darn good! Thanks again! |
