Are they the only two multiples of 60377 (with one less than 200(don't think that makes a difference though))?

173 and 349 are both prime, so 173*349 is the prime factorization of 60377, and the only divisors other than the number itself and 1.

So since only one of those numbers is less than 200, and since we know the price has to be less than 200 cents, well, there we go.
