Is it opened via gravity like the high end ones? Does it contain steel like common chips? How many extra chips does it come with and how much are they? Finally, is the band visible?
Thanks in advance, Mary |

I'd like to know more about this item as poker chips interest me more than coins.

George,
I have Porper's Sliding Shell set and Poker Chip Surprise and have handled the flipper and Sneaky Pivot. I don't remember the workings of the flipper but the SP is a great chip! These are all very well made and IMO can easily replace coins if you so choose! I personally love BOTH! Mick |

Mick,
Is it possible to do B-@*$ with it? I'm almost uncomfortable to use the 3 letter word . Well you know what I mean. Sorry folks! Its my adaptation of a 3 coin routine. I am interested in getting these chips. Rannie

I recently received one that I had ordered online. It seems to function flawlessly in terms of opening, sitting flat and returning to normal. This must be similar to a "gravity" version. Very Smooth. Mine does have relatively large, visible gaps at the cut lines. I know Mr. Porper has excellent customer service for defective items, however, I'm just not sure if this is a defect or simply the nature of the machining process. I would not feel comfortable allowing it to land in a spectators hand where they could look it even briefly wrong side up. Are others built the same way?

Hey, as far as I'm concerned any gaff that helps the performer show more or less (whatevers) in hand is probably suitable for many versions of the (whatevers) across trick.
At a guess Rannie might be asking about how easily the item can "reset" to be used repeatedly in routine. Is that about right Rannie?
