I just wanted to post this for everyone, because I myself am in the hospitality business and have a strong belief in great customer service. A few weeks ago I called Black's Magic looking for my issues of SM that had not arrived yet. It was a Saturday afternoon and I wasn't really expecting to get anyone on the phone, but I figured that I would try. The person who picked up was James Clark, what?! the owner, yep. He personally took care of my order from then on and made sure that I received his products. To me that speaks a million words. I also was running in to technical difficulty on the Street Magic TV site (SM forums). I e-mailed them my problem and within moments I got a response, apparently from the editor's blackberry, this happened on a Friday evening (after business hours). So, why am I posting this here? Because, the people at these companies are exceptional at their jobs, they make their customer's feel as if they are the most important people in the world and I would like to publicly thank them through this medium.
Thank you. John |

Thank you for validating that there are people in the world who set out to please their customers. That was outstanding service. It certainly does deserve recognition. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

I've done business with Blacks in the past and would definatly back up your claim. James is a top notch kind of a guy with exceptional customer service/relation skills. I had a slight problem with my PK ring and he handled the situation without any questions.

James is indeed a "Top Notch" Individual.
