Hi everyone,
I'm building my new routine for a competition. I'm working on billard balls(with double shell), roses and some wine glass production. May be some dove magic inside. I start to put together my ideas but I have some problems. I like the way Shimada on billard balls. Elegant and smooth magic. Do anyone have any ideas about such an act? magicially yours, Nedim Guzel |

How many balls do you intend to use for your routine? Is it going to be a stand alone billiard balls routine or combine with something else?

If there are who whan to see it please email me: info@njmagic.lt I will upload it to my web site and send you a link. The competition will be in october 12th. in Poland - Lodz. -------------------------------------------------------------- Billiard Balls are very great combination for competition act. But I sugest you not to make a farous trick but create a show! Create a great scenarion for your act. |

Coins would be a great idea too. Color change a red ball into a silver chrome ball. Then place it on your palm, smash it and it becomes flat and there you have a coin to continue with. Just an idea you can play around.

Coins are good. But if its a big stage, there will melt!
If you will try something with coins then 'Make it with Jumbo Coins' |

The Slyvester Pitch would be good. Start with Palming Coins, end with Jumbo Coins.

I agree that if the venue is a sizeable stage, then jumbo coins is recommended.

Hi,
Thank you for the advices. I don't want to use canes or candles. But coins can be. Its a good idea. But I also use roses silks and balls. How can I use coins in such an act? magicially yours, Nedim Guzel |

There are all type of ways. One way is to use a coin holder. Another way is to perform Miser's Dream or Coin Across. You might want to expand it by making it a "money" act by adding bills/bank notes.

Hi,
I know I can use coins on stage but I want to ask a different question I mean the answer is different. How can I use coins in this act I mean my act with roses and billard balls? magicially yours, Nedim Guzel |

By having a 'running gag' with a jumbo coin appearing during the billiard balls and roses routine. You are performing the balls and the jumbo coin appear from your finger tip by surprise. You can time it in such a way that the jumbo coins appear (one at a time) at certain intervals of your routine.

Start off with "Miser's Dream." When your finished putting the coins in the bucket...
...take out balls/roses from the bucket. or ...pour the coins from the bucket to another bucket or "Square Circle," then take out the balls/roses. Another idea is starting with a coin rountine, next blend over to "Spring Flowers," add a rose from there. |

Hi JamesTong,
Do you mean I can put coins as a gag in my act. Or I can transform the act for a coin routine after balls? magicially yours, Nedim Guzel |

Nedim, the running gag can be in the form of unusual surprises. This occur when you want to produce a ball and instead a few coins appear and you stream them into a pail. Then you produce a ball again and continue the billiard balls routine. This happens two or more times.
You can also end the balls routine by transforming it into a stream of coins and from there you start your coin routine such as misers dream. |
