Have you ever thought of using a thumb tip as a pull? What do you think about this idea? I currently have one. It's "pear" shaped and is small, ideal for being shot up the sleeve.
But on the other hand it's the only thumb tip I have. So I'm kind of stuck here. I've also tried to use photo canisters, the ones for storing photo rolls; but they are too bulky. What other household appliances have a shape which would allow it to be palmed and accessible easily? |

Photographic film boxes can be used as pulls, but I prefer salt shakers if I have to make one. Nevertheless, I would suggest buying one that has good quality. Vernet makes really nice pulls.

Visit your local cigar shop and see if they have any plastic or aluminum cigar tubes (50 ring gauge or higher). Cut to whatever length you need. The plastic ones can also make for an emergency TT.
Cheers!
