The classic is the Super-needled balloon by Boretti and it is enhanced if you use the needle wand (I have one for sale). There was also a mini needle version. The difference is the rust factor. The Boretti I have for 25 years(no rust). It was originally imported by Accent products.
Here is my very unique presentation in response to a routine for the needle thru balloon. It is a video I just posted of a TV show I did in the 70's. My version. I was just a pup back then.

I had a wand case for the needle that had Vaseline in it for the tip. This was years ago.
Ok, I'll meet you at the place near the thing where we went that time.
