The Linking Ring runs a bit late while Sammy Smith gets accustomed to editing the magazine. Hopefully he will speed things up.

I really don't think it is all Sammy's fault. I think part of it was the mailer's.
I really do not mind get it in mid month. I can't read them all at once anyway. This kind of staggers things out. Richard
