Just a little side note that I wanted to bring up...

When I saw Jeff McBride and Eugene Burger lecture, Eugene had an interesting way to influence someone to pay you what you ask and not what they offer, if that makes sense. Eugene said to ask the person on the phone what kind of budget they were on, and if the figure was low he would reply with the phrase "You can't even get a TEENAGER for that price!"

I thought it was a good idea...pretty funny, too!

I recently heard that a good table hopping magician locally was earning a very good secondary income (circa £200 per night). Be interesting to know what other Table Hoppers are charging in the UK!
