It's like the old adage. They like the magician, not the trick.
Wait, is that an adage? If not, it should be. |

And I think you have the right to protect it from being stolen, whether it's through the courts, or through a goodfella's baseball bat. Just because we're magicians doesn't mean we should knowingly partake in the rich tradition of creative inbreeding on which this fine art has been built. Not built because of the creative inbreeding; built in spite of the creative inbreeding. The more I watch YouTube, the more this topic bothers me. Are there any other performance "Arts" (and I've been using that term VERY loosely since the meteoric rise of MindF*ck) that suffer parallel exultant plagiarism? Gosh I'm proud of that last sentence. Lots of syllables.

Watching youtube isin't the problem, it is the unfortunate fact that youtube is searchable. Soooooo, when I look up coin in balloon last month and found some moron with a condom over a shot glass pushing a quarter, I cringed. Then some one else was showing the secret to the coin in balloon.
I decide to fight fire with fire and do some videos with the right keywords to utilize the hierarchy of the search engine to get the correct item coming up instead of the generic and incorrect clone. I am now second, fifth, and 8th in the search, but there are a few halfwits still in the search. http://aolsearch.aol.com/aol/search?encq......ie=UTF-8 If I signed the pledge, the original routine would be cloned and therefore lose its potency. Originality has to have exclusivity.
