Has anyone else seen the pilot episode of The Sarah Conner Chronicles? What did you think? It seems fairly true to the spirit of the Terminator movie franchise. I enjoyed it. And one of the co-stars, Summer Glau, is pretty cute, which is always a good thing.

Summer Glau played "River Tam" on "Firefly"- a show that was a babe-O-rama.

An early version of the pilot has been fairly widely available on the Internet since at least June or so. It may or may not be legal, depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, for you to download and view it. I have no idea whether Fox released it intentionally as part of a stealth marketing campaign in order to create word of mouth, or if someone at Fox or the studio released it without authorisation.

This particular version of the pilot included a scene featuring a school shooting. Given the events at Virginia Tech earlier this year, I've read that this scene will be deleted / revamped. Which is unfortunate, because it was a pretty good scene.
