He used that as an excuse to introduce his handkerchief, then linked the pin to the handkerchief, then took the bloodied handkerchief and introduced his "soft soft" routine to get the handkerchief clean. Orrr, he claimed he was Wilfred Brimley a diabetic and was just checking his blood sugar levels. Then he went into his sugar cube maxtrix routine.

He only lost his sponge balls and fortunately he had a few extra unique balls from uniquemagicballs.com so he can carry on with his act (talking about perfect timing on this one LOL!)
