Because the famous TV Magician asked 400 people to think of a number between one and a hundred and he said "42" to all of them but only two of them acted amazed (because they thought he actually guessed correctly) so he took the one with the best visual response and used that footage for his big TV special but the second volunteer really didn't want to sign a release form anyway so in reality, he was stuck using the first volunteer, How The Other 398 People Didn't Post A Comment About How Lame The Trick Was Is The Real Mystery.
