Let's see, Steve Bargatze .....

Saw him do the ring in gumball routine last August, and it was side splitting funny. Two years ago saw him try to escape from a straight jacket, which sounds kinda boring - but it was so funny I fell in the aisle. Guess it depends on the performer ....

My biggest laugh this year was with the broken and restored wand, and it's not really a trick per-se. But then again I'm not a comedy magician.

Havent' been able to locate any Steve Bargatze DVDs or footage. Can say whether there are any and if so, where we can get them? Thanks.

There aren't any. Stephen has a few demo vids on his site, but you must have his password in order to view them. If you want to see the vids, you will have to contact him for the password. Stephen is a super guy and a kind friend...He doesn't put a password on his vids to spite people, he just wants to make sure and protect his act which is constantly being stolen.

I am currently waiting on a video of a show that he and I both performed in several months ago...can't wait to get it!

Steve is a very great guy with a very sad childhood life story. If you hear it, you will probably break down in tears. Hopefully, I'll be able to see him again soon, especally with how much of a help he's been to me already.

My best fun comedy purchases of the year (mostly for kids' magic) are Rocky and Wolf's Blow Yur Stack.

If I can add a DVD, I would have to pick Capehart's "Kiddin' Around" which is absolutely fantastic. What a hilarious Miser's Dream routine . ..

If you want some really funny stuff and some really well thought out ideas, check out Thom Peterson's dvd "Sucker Punch". I got to see Thom work a week in AC and his act was original and funny. His dvds are full of good routines.
