Just thought this may be where someone who could might hang out... p.m. if you can and I'll send you a picture...

Thanks...

Declan.

I could say I could, if that would help.
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.

To answer your original question "Can anyone translate Sanskrit?"

The answer.

"Yes, someone can translate Sanskrit."

I don't know who it is, though.

However, if you will google Sanskrit translation, you will find several translators listed.

If you can't translate it theres a good chance it might not be sanskrit, you might just think it is. Try looking at it in a mirror, or squinting at it. that's how they cracked the mysteries of the pyramids...actually I think I made it up, but try any way.

If all else fails ask Josh S to put you onto the sanskrit main man, Josh Riel.

There was some historical figure (US) who I was amazed knew Sanskrit. He was one of those guys who was like a thug or something. Maybe you can get John Edward to channel him.

E-mail it to Indiana Jones, I'm sure he'll be able to figure it out.

Seriously.

Are you talking about a few words? a page? a book? If it's a few words, try posting a picture to see if anyone can help. It it's more than that, you are unlikely to get anyone to put in the work for free.

Greetings Declan;
Maybe I can help you out. This company helped me translate a Aramaic document recently.
Go to: http://www.alsintl.com and you will find many languages that they work with.
It will not be free, but it will not break your budget either.
Hope this helps.
All the Best
Marty

I may be mistaken but I thought Scott Cram from Nevada, one of the members at the Café mentioned something about Sanskrit and the ability to transcribe. You could perhaps do a search and ask him?

My cat's name is Sanskrit but besides the meows "I'm hungry, feed me" I don't know what else he's telling me.
