Give me a perfectly cooked meal by Savoy, Robachon, Kellar, Ramsay or any of the Iron Chefs. And put a platter of various seasonings in reach. Without fail, I will begin to use each and everyone of those delightful little bottles of flavor, even if it is obviously the wrong thing to do. I abhor the pre-ground pepper left on the tables at the local eateries enough to carry my own pepper grinder. When I have Philly Sandwiches, I douse the meat in Old Bay or whatever stuff the joint has. There is a restaurant nearby that makes these deliciously crunchy french fries served with Ranch and they have a shaker full of Garlic Salt. I guarantee that a quarter of that shaker will be gone by the time l leave the door. The workers in the back of the warehouse have this stuff called, "Pico de Gallo" and I sneak a bunch of it onto anything at hand. Sometimes, just my bare hand. Sriracha, Teriyaki Magic Sauce, Horsey Sauce, et al; seriously, I eat more condiments than I do real food.
It must be some kind of disease that I have. Anyone have a clue what's going on, what it's called, etc...?

I don't know, it might be related to a salt or sugar addiction.
