For your information: Cards by Martin has Monte Christo Decks in Bicycle for $47.50 plus p&h. I have bought some, and uses them often.

Please don't get confused:
I am CardMaker/Bernd Maucksch (joined Jul 21, 2002). Offering my services to the public since 2002. Christian? Hm.... Probably you are talking about a Cardshark from Germany? We both do nothing have in common and I am not affiliated to him nor he to me. The CardMaker Deck: Starts with the pure deck only. No instructions. But if users/buyers want to contribute ideas, handlings and tricks - I might gather these and provide all buyers with a free pdf-file. Depends heavily on the contributions though!
