Well you will be easy to find at the next convention. you will be the one with the flat head and the round shoulders!!!
You would like my fairy 160 body, wings and hair sitting on a leaf.

I'd like to throw my two cents in for the Pee Wee pump. Quiet enough for restaurants and recharges in less than an hour IF you've used it for seven or eight hours. It charges in less that twenty minutes otherwise. I've NEVER used it long enough to have it discharge, and I've used it for several seven hour gigs where it ran all day long. It also stays cool. There is no wiring running out to the nozzle. It's clean, well made and doesn't look like somebody went down to Pep Boys, bought an air horn pump, hooked it to a cordless drill battery and ran wires down the hose to a push button that is attached with electrical tape or shrink tubing. It's an industrial dental air pump and the only thing that I can see that might be cause for a negative remark is that is doesn't inflate with lightning speed. It's plenty fast for me. It's much like the Magiloon pump in that it is worn like a fanny pack.

Does anyone have a Gemini (by Balloon Buoy people)? My wife has been a balloon artist for about 13 years and I want to get her a good pump.
Trying to decide between Majiloon, Balloon Buoy and Gemini. Majiloon is quiet and has the pump on your back, Balloon Buoy is oomphy and popular, Gemini is very light weight and apparently very quiet. As she does mostly 2 hour or shorter gigs, and no sports events where quantity is the most important factor, then the Gemini looks like it would be enough to meet her needs. She's currently siding with the Gemini for the weight and noise factor, but we're in Australia and can't get our hands on one to test them. Reviews particularly on the Gemini would be very helpful. |

The Pee Wee pump looks good. Does seem a little loud. Most of the pump I have seen are basically the same, just different switches. If you like electric pumps you can also check out the MagicNook.com for how to build your own.

I can not tell you about the Gemini balloon pump except that a good friend of mine had his modified with a hose and nozzle. He did not like the nozzle being right at the pump.
That being said Balloon Art Mart has an excellent electric balloon pump (www.balloonartmart.com). It is very compact and is ready to use. |
