Ok, but not worth $150

Maybe not worth $150 for you. You will definitely have to rework it more or less to make it fit you. But shouldn`t this be the case with every routine anyways? I agree that the script doesn`t seem very funny on paper and is probably geared towards a performer with a bit goofy character. As mentioned, it is however a good springboard and will give you some ideas. There is a lot of potential here and I can see this playing very big with very few props. Do not skip Michael Weber`s idea, which makes the revelation even more baffling and helps to camouflage the method.
So if you are afraid of work and looking for something to impress the guys at the magic club, or something to do right out of the packet at your next gig, this will be a big disappointment. Others will find a nice framework to build their own personalized routine. Risto |

Qoute> "Workers very rarely rattle on about how their opinion is so worthy because they are workers, they are to busy working!! “Worker” the most misused word in the magic world, over used in all magic hype, worker, worker blar blar blar, buy the trick if you don’t like it sell it just don’t tell me what a great “WORKER” you are, I have seen some of these workers, if they were in my garden I would pull the curtains good night god bless DR "<quorn
Great sentiments! Workers aren't out saying "look david blaine trick!" for their mates they are out performing ICE COOL magic. |

I purchased, for example, The Red Carpet. It IS funny even for someone who's not. It doesn't require changeing anything. I did change the routine a bit but the basic stuff is great, the premise is great and it has a hilarious and surprising ending. Well worth $200. Red Carpet came with a DVD of a realtime performance to a real audience. Maybe if Frisbee came with a real performance DVD in front of a live audience the purchaser would be able to see the reality of what is written. Also another worker routine Stretching the Truth is very funny and looks like it will truly work for anyone. It would be interesting to hear from someone who purchased this and used it in a show. Must be all "workers" that bought this item, cause "workers" don't talk about it.

Well... to be honest...
I bought it, wrote a good review of it here, and have still never used it. I have two problems with it. One, I feel that you need a pretty big audience to do it in. An auditorium would be perfect. A college would be great. I do very little of these shows. Most of my shows are business parties and they're really not a frisbee catching group. The other, is that I don't do much mentalism. Here is why I bought it. One, I had the money at the time. But mainly because I do Cereal Killer as my opening. It's a funny mentalism trick too. So I was wanting a alternate to that. But this really doesn't fit my style. So... If someone would like to make me an offer, I will sell it. Randi |

I'm pretty sceptical about this effect, and it's value for money.

Hie Nathan ,
I am very keen on the effect , but I usually perform for corporate events during their annual dinner or dinner parties . To say the least , when I perform , there is usually food on the table . I'm sure this effect would work great at an auditorium or at an event where people are seated on rows . How do you think this would play at a round table dinner function? -David Lai
