Hey,
From what it looks like its Shimada's technique of his greater magic DVD for manipulation. You can see at the point when he creates the purple ball the can comes over and drops 1 ball into the hand which then makes it up to all 4 with the shell covered ball. This is further confirmed when you watch him produce all 4 white balls, because as he throws all 4 away you can see a ball suddenly turn into a half ball when its in mid air, as if it were a shell. So in my opinion its Shimada's technique. Sorry Graywolf with all respect you need to admit your wrong on this one. But to be honest there's only one real way to know and that is to ask Florian himself. Sam |

In this video he uses Shimada technique I think. He cant do any sleeving. But the steals are very good. I can't see when he steal the palmed ball. He is really great.

Concerning Florian's video it would be unfair to reveal his exact method as that is "his" own idea and interpretation of how to incorporate a multiplying ball routine into his act. Remember the balls used don't have to be solid ( and I don't mean a shell) - think of Goshman and then watch very carefully, not to copy but to give yourself some other idea or inspiration.

Besides the originality of the act I think the timing of the steals were excellent! Only on a few occasions were there any visual steals. His backside setup had to be the hardest part to coordinate.
As far as the shells I would say more than Shamida's techniques were used, and more than shells are used. Remember some of the best techniques are based on different methods combined together.
Be remembered for performing what looks like MAGIC, not skill.

Maybe that when he does the equipment he put one card in backpalm and the second card in normal palm. When he turns to the other side he performs a backpalm covered with the hand to the audience.....maybe.... |

He has a good and original act first to say. He is a good manipulator. We can understand some techniques of course but there are some moves that I can't understand the secret.
