A friend told me about this Okito Box, and I used google to find info about it.
Sure I found Shuftons web and the ad, it sounds like a great box. If you have Shuftons Box let us know what yo think! Is it the best Okito Box or ?

I don't have one, but it does look and sound pretty good with the write up on it. I would like to hear a critique on it myself.....

He's a member here. His screen name is Shufton.

Here's a previous thread that mentioned it. Check the last two posts on the second page to see Curtis Kam and Brad Jeffers approve of the idea of the five coin height.

Can you use a dollar with an expanded shell in a Shufton Okito Box?

Very nice box - I like the heft, balance and thicker sides. Very nice aesthetic appeal.

I have the Shufton box and love it... It is the only box I had found that can accomadate a shell coin over a regular coin. Which I wanted for an effect off of an Al Schneider DVD.. Shufton box is very nice.

Hello Steve,
In the 2000 FFFFF, I shared a routine with an Okito box (presented as a Pill Box with a cameo over the lid and two tic-tac in it since coin box do not exist in real life). What was special about my box was it had a TRUELY HINGED LID and yet working like an Okito Box (an imppossibility for magicians and lay people alike). A gifted Canadian magician borrowed it from me to have it produced by a craftsman. However, half way through the process, he died from cancer and my box disappeared with him.
If you have an interest, send me a PM and we'll take it from there.

PS : congratualtions on your Okito and Boston box which are really well thought out
