I'm working with the Fender Passport 250, and am in need of a monitor speaker. Any recommendations? I'm looking at the Fender 1270P. Thanks!

What are the monitor speakers for? What is it you want to hear? Your own voice?
How about the new Mackie PA? Use it as a monitor or as a PA for smaller shows?

I want to hear my voice, the balance between my voice and the music/sound effects, and some other media played during the show. What's the new Mackie PA?

I use a Db meter and no monitor speaker. That is how I set my sound. I need a certain Db for an effect to cover the noise.
