I need to build a sword box similar to the dagger head chest only bigger.
I want to end my stage show by putting my vent dummy inside, stick swords through the box, then opening it and the dummy has vanished. I know the dagger head cheast does this very well. Are there any illusion books that have plans for this? Thanks in advance, James

This of course is a very old method/principle. There are a number of books that show that principle including but not limited to "Hiding the Elephant" Jim Steinmeyer, "Art and Artifice" Jim Steinmeyer, "Illusionbook" Andrew Mayne, Thayer Quality Magic (a collection of tricks they manufactured)...
