Hey Guys,

I do John Born's Matrix which is a pretty cool effect however I find that my matt is too "furry" (couldn't think of a less funny way of putting it) to let the coins move properly.

Can anyone suggest a matt with a surface the same as a mouse matt please? One where the coin isn't restricted in movement.

Thanks

Finny:

The spelling is "mat" with one "t", just to avoid confusion.

One of my all time favorite close up pads was put out by Tom Mullica. I beleive it is no longer being marketed. It was a fairly thin piece of neoprene--wet suit material. It is quite like a mouse pad. If you can find a place that makes wet suits, they should have a variety of thicknesses and colors.

This can take a bunch of abuse--just wash it off and it's fine.
Why, yes. I do need new pictures. Why do you ask?
