Hey, nice to see Peter Davidson again in Who context.

But as to time paradoxes... that was pretty much handled by Robert Heinlein when he wrote "All you Zombies". A must-read story with no flesheating zombies.

Speaking of time travelers, ever notice that the farmer in whose barn Marty crashes is named "Old Man Peabody"? Take a look at the credits of BTTF1, and you'll notice the son's character is listed as "Sherman".

Hmmm...Peabody, Sherman and time traveling? Surely that can't be a coincidence.

Are you suggesting Sherman is a S. O. A. B?

Were there any dogs in that film?

Well, Mr. Peabody does keep saying, "..and this is my boy, Sherman."

The peabody reference would have and still does go over my head.

Talking of dogs though. Pop quiz. What was the Doc's other dog called?

Depending on which one is referred to as the "other" dog, you're talking about Einstein or Copernicus.

Here's one for you, which crackpot movie inventor had a dog named Edison?

The incongruity of the tombstone is easily explained, the whole story is fiction.

Well, photius, that is because YOU are not thinking forth dimensionally.

In the words of Austin Powers..."Oh look my eyes have gone crossed"

Try not to think of these things and just have a good time.

I've always prefered the 5th dimension, a much better group.

Oh man, I came in this thread to late. Good job on the explanations.

BTTF is my favorite trilogy...That is why I am named "Clock" (my prior screenname on the BTTF.com boards).

Wow, my two favorite things in life are Magic and Back to the Future...I need to go outside one day Smile
